You may pay in full at the time of booking or put down a 25% deposit.

Ironstone Wellbeing Centre cannot confirm the booking until the deposit has been received.

Your booking is only secured once Ironstone receive written confirmation and receipt of payment.

Ironstone Wellbeing Centre reserves the right to cancel your booking if full payment has not been received by the 24th February 2025.

We offer a payment plan option. The booking will require a 25% deposit when you reserve your room. The remaining balance can be paid in 3x 25% instalments on: October 1st, December 1st and February 1st.

Bookings made after the 24th February 2025 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

You will have the option to secure your booking with a deposit.

A 25% deposit will be taken at the time of booking, by bank transfer and cleared within 24 hours.

The remaining balance will be due by the 24th February 2025 and Ironstone Wellbeing Centre will invoice you via email when the final payment is due.

Full payment must be received by the 24th February 2025 otherwise Ironstone Wellbeing Centre reserves the right to cancel your booking.

Once you have booked your place on the Ironstone retreat the deposit is non-refundable.

In the event that you need to cancel the following refund policies apply:

• Cancellation before the 24th February 2025: full refund minus 25% deposit

• Cancellation after the 24th February 2025 up to 30 days before the start date: 50% refund of all fees paid

• Cancellation less than 30 days before start date: No refund, however the balance towards another retreat at the discretion of Ironstone Wellbeing Centre.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund. However, Ironstone Wellbeing Centre will not cover additional travel expenses or be responsible for any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation. Please purchase the relevant travel insurance policy that will cover you should you need to cancel or Ironstone Wellbeing Centre has to cancel.

As a condition of booking with Ironstone Wellbeing Centre you must take out your own travel insurance. You are responsible for maintaining a relevant insurance policy that covers travel, lost luggage, medical conditions.

You must make Ironstone Wellbeing Centre aware at the time of booking of any pre-existing medical conditions, concerns, recent surgeries, allergies and intolerances.

The Ironstone retreat package will include the following:

• Accommodation

• Towels and linen will be provided for the duration of your stay

• Breakfast, brunch, snacks, 3 course dinner and refreshments each day

• Transfers to and from Montpellier airport, wine tour and Uzes town

• Yoga and fitness classes (with certified instructors)

• All yoga and fitness equipment

The Ironstone retreat package excludes the following:

• Flight costs

• Travel insurance

• Any additional alcoholic beverages during dinner

All attendees must be aged 18 or over.
